KP Green Engineering is planning a capacity expansion of 2.94 Lakh Metric Tons Annum on a fresh location at Matar Village, Bharuch District, adjoining express highway.
A plot admeasuring 64,494 Sq. Mtr (square meters) has been acquired and construction plans being prepared to be fully operational by end of FY 2024-25, with the first phase commissioning by end of FY 2023-24. The project out lay will be Rs. 1592 million. The project will be equipped with a state of art Galvanizing plant with a kettle size of 56 Mtrs. Cu (Cubic Meters) as against the existing 17 Mtr Cu. (Cubic Meters) size, which will be the largest galvanizing kettle in Asia, installed at the Matar site. It will also house automatic CNC machines to produce engineering components for Heavy Fabrication Works like tabular wind towers, overhead bridges, mono pole power transmission towers, Pre Engineering Buildings , Metal Beam Crash Barriers etc . in addition to current Lattice Tower for wind, telecom and power transmission tower structures, Cable tray and Earthling Strips.
