Mrs. Ekta Aagam Sanghavi is Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and financial management. She holds a Master of Commerce from HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. She began her career at Banshi Jain & Associates, specializing in taxation and audit, before moving to Wallfort Financial Services Ltd., where she worked in institutional equity broking and proprietary investments for four years. She later joined Sanghavi Star Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. as a Director, overseeing operations and finance. With her extensive experience, she brings valuable expertise to the Board as an Independent Director.
